Specificité
Specificité:
This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Rat IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities and extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above.
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Rat IgG and Rat Serum.
Only minimum cross reactivity was observed against Bovine, Chicken, Goat, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Horse, Mouse, Rabbit, Sheep and Human Serum Proteins.
Actual Cross Reactivities:
Bovine 0.4%, Chicken 0.01%, Goat 0.4%, Guinea Pig 0.01%, Hamster 0.01%, Horse 0.4%, Mouse 0.01%, Rabbit 0.8%, Sheep 0.4%, Human 0.01%
